To load your own card
Sign in and go to the 'Add money' page to load money onto your card. Load limits will apply, so please refer to the
Summary Sheet for your card. You can also use our online budget calculator
to help you work out how much money to load onto your card.
A friend or relative loading your card
Friend's or relatives in the UK can also load money onto your card. The first load from their debit card is up to £100. After seven days any other loads they make using that card
can be up to £500 per day (depending on card type). Simply click on the button below and fill in all the relevant fields.
